The Compass team includes 112 workers, including 10 domestic and foreign trade salesmens, 2 production merchandisers, 2 material purchasers and 2 inspectors. Most of the workers in the production workshop have been working for more than two years, and those in charge of the workshop have been working for more than five years. Meanwhile, the sales team is also expanding. The manager has been in the valve industry for ten years, and the person in charge has been in the valve industry for four years. A perfect training system for new employees has also been established.
